??Idle problem and stumbling…please help!!!!

I have a 1987 maxima, the car was running perfectly, other then i have
had a problem for about 2 years now when i start it up cold in the AM
with the idle not being high enough to help it warm up. but then its
perfectly fine after a few min.  Now the real problem ….on my way home
the car started to stumble and hesitate and when i would stop it would
barly idle and then it would stall out. i would restart it but it still
would not really idle, and as i drove it was still stumbling and
hesitating, i noticed that i could smell alot of raw fuel when i stopped
at a light as it stumbled….the car had a full tune up with wires and
like i said was running fine one min and then all screwed up the
next…please help….!!!!!

T-Tops for a 280Z?

I have a 1977 280Z.  Has anyone heard of T-Tops for this model year.  I know
that the ZX’s had T-Tops and I thought I remembered when I was growing up
that you could get T-Tops retro-fitted into a 280Z.

Thanks,
Tony

Clutch problem on '84 300 turbo 50th ann.

The clutch on my 1984 300ZX turbo 50th anniv. with 140,000 miles started
acting up recently when the pedal wasn’t returning to it’s normal position
once in a while. If I pumped it up it would start to work correctly but, I
was preparing for a problem. The clutch master cylinder has plenty of fluid
and the spring is fine. During some test drives, finally the pedal went all
the way to the floor without coming back up and the clutch won’t work at
all. There’s still plenty of fluid. Before I replace all three components of
the clutch: the master cylinder, operating (slave) cylinder, and the clutch
damper, does this sound like a problem with only one of the three? My first
instinct is to replace the operating (slave) cylinder, I’ve heard that the
clutch damper is not likely to go bad. Also, the release lever on the tranny
is in it’s normal position, so the release bearing doesn’t appear to be hung
up. Thanks for any advice you have to offer!!   Greg

Problems with my 83 280zx

My problem is i drove the car home from work one day it was running great as
it usually does but overnight it seemed to develop a problem. First off I
noticed the car seemed to have trouble starting but it did start and ran but
not as smoothly as it normally does. But when i depress that acclerator the
car will die. You can very slowly accelerate the vehicle to almost 3000 rpm
but is very difficult to even get it there.
It seemed to me the vehicle was starving for fuel so i changed the fuel pump
but no difference in the way the car acted.

During the ;ast six months these are the thing that have been done to the
car. Head gasket, cylinder head sensor, throttle sensor, engine control
computer, mass airflow sensor, fuel pump, fuel pressure regulaor and
probably other things that i cant think of now.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
