I’ve got a 90 300ZX NA.  When the AC is on I hear a clicking from
behind the glove box.  AC is plenty cold, is this noise normal?
    Also on the AC fan control, it seems that the switch may have some
bad contacts.  Occasionally the AC and fan will kick on and off.  If it
kicks off, I can move the switch and it comes back on.  Anyone
Experienced this problem?
    I am brand new to this Z, any help is appreciated.

Need fan set up for 71 240z with metal fan. Can’t get original fan clutch
from dealer,,,service files to a different set up . Does anyone have a fix
that mat be an alternative??

Hey guys,

I’m putting a 340 Mopar small block in my 74 260Z. My friend has a 450+
hp 350 Chevy in his 72 240Z (Runs 11.10s in the 1/4 on street legal
tires) and we are getting ready to make the mounts for my engine (Have
a wrecked 260Z to mock them up in). Does anyone know of a header
solution for my conversion? I’m looking at late model (92-95) 5.9 liter
Dodge truck headers. Can’t find any small block Mopar block hugger
headers. Anyone else have a Mopar engine in a Z car? Using stock
manifolds?

(Yes, I even own a Ford product-<Grin>)

Before you buy.

I just bought a 1980 n/a 280zx that won’t start when it’s hot. It’ll crank
fine and sometimes actually will fire up, but most times it won’t. I also
have an idle problem when it’s cold which I think is unrelated.  I changed
the ignition module today, but it was cracked and looked worse than the one
on my car. I really think the module I picked up at the yard is worse than
mine because (besides being cracked) the car would die under throttle when
hot in the driveway.  Any help would be appreciated, especially as to
whether or not I’m on the right track.

Syncro’s on my tranny are gone. Anyone know where I can get a used 5 speed
trans…or where they might rebuild them at a reasonable price?

It’s just about worn down & scratched up, any non-standard/odd size
considerations to worry about when searching for a replacement? Anyone have
